Make units being ignored

first of all: i dont know which word is correct in english since
i only have the german version so i will call it "verlauf", must be sth like progress or course or so, the "verlauf" saves the status of the real size of a unit and how many units can stand close around each other, but nevertheless:

i want that specific units are ignored in the "verlauf" ( that means units can walk thu them) but that they dont ignore the "verlauf" and begin running thru cliffs or so..

plz someone help me !!

maybe, but this is just a maybe - maybe its collision size, so either set that to 0, or use trigger that says "Turn collision on/off for <unit>" ... i hope i helped a bit :)

if a unit has a collision size of 0 still no other unit can really walk thru it, especially when the other unit has a big collision size

if i turn the collision off for a unit it will even ignore cliffs, i tried that. - that can't be it

but either can i make those units flying..

ain't anyone got another idea ??

by the way: the word i didn't know is the word x in the object editor :
"X - collision size" ; as i said at me it's "verlauf"

a unit with a collision size of zero can be walked through, the units tend to just avoid units in general though, the same with cliffs w/ collision off, they dont ignore them they try and go around them, by repeadtly clicking you can make units walk through the clifs though.

i have no idea what your question is so i cant really help till u've defined it a bit more.

i'd suggest w/o knowing wut ur talking about to try a hovering type, or floating type of movement.

Once again:

i have got a unit with a sollision size 0 and i got a unit with a collision size 32.
Now i have got a quite narrow valley, just as wide as a normal tower can be build in it.
now if the unit with the collision size of 0 stands in the middle of this valley, the unit with the collision size of 32 can't get through that unit always trys to run around the mountains or simply stays where it is.
That is my problem -_-

2nd problem:
i have got a unit and a closed circle of cliffs, a mountain if you want so.
now if i make the unit "ignore collision" with the trigger editor, this unit is really capable of walking though the cliffs on the mountain !! ( by simply right-clicking on the mountain )

i hope my problems are understood now
