Have you ever wanted the corners of a room to be darker then the rest of the room? Or, maybe you have a cave that really needs to be dark? Well, I have figured out how to do this! its very simple!

Step 1: First take any flying unit and create a new unit with it.

Step 2: Then make the unit unable to move by changing able to flee to false.

Step 3: Now give the unit the locust abillity.

Step 4: change the model of the unit to Quillboar attack.

Step 5: Shrink the size of the unit to .01 and then change the shadow size to as big as you want the dark area to be.

Step 6: change the shadow alinement to fit the position of the unit

Step 7: Place the unit where ever you like the darkness to be.

WARNING!!: be careful not to put a shadow on 2 different heights! It looks very ugly. And, if you are walking around and come in contact with a dark shadow it will instantly apear, but when you step out of sight of it it will disapear. this can be very choppy looking if you have too many shadows, But a way to counter this is to be able to see the area you have the shadow in.

This unit can be very useful if used correctly.

No offense, thats a bad way to do it.

Make a Custom Doodad based off of Shrub or some other object and give it a large shadow structure.
