What's wrong with this material?

In, the 3ds max material editor, I'm trying to find the options for TeamGlow, Replaceable, etc, but the only option I can get is "Not replaceable". Can someone tell me why none of the others are showing up?

In the picture, I have the offending dropdown opened.

yeah, this is what happened to me, is it because you dled the art tools from this site? (the one with 4mb instead of 10mb)

thats what i did, but i deleted it and dled the proper art tools from blizzard and instaled it properly.
