is there any why to create units..(AoS style) ecxept..with regions... cause i dont want any of my units to just stay on some place and dont move...for example..he mis the ragion...can i do this with points or something like that..?? Nemo |

Can you explain it better. I don't understand what you are trying to do. If you want to create a unit in a regon, use the <center of region> as target. |

The create unit isn't the lag, usually it's the move units. Assign a point variable to whatever region they're supposed to go and then order them to go to that variable. A slight wait between movement orders might help, although I'm a bit rusty on the exact specifications of what causes the lag. |

I thought just unit removing causes most of the memory leaks, and the memory leaks fill up the RAM, and causes clientside lag. There was a thread about 'recycling' units, so you could have a AoS running with large amount of troops, using only a low amount of separate units. Make use for the search. |
