Wc3 grunt loading picture

Hey, you know ehn you start up Warcraft 3 and the picture of the grunt shows up... how can i change this picture. I cant find it anywhere in any of the Mpq's so i think it must be somewhere else. Any ideas?

go to scenario -> map description
go to the last tab and look for it

Actually i dont mean when a map is loading. I want it for when you first tick on the warcraft icon on the desktop

I can easily change the laoding screen. I've even made a new layout for the loading screen in my mod.

you mean the orc "Thrall"
you can't change that, that's one of the parts of the game that you can't change....

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Well thats just ruins my day. And my mod. Because now it will load up saying Warcraft III, then when you get in the game it will be Modern Warfare.
