Know of any good tutorials that talk about this? I couldn't find a tutorial in the tutorial section... :(

If you have any imported art(skins, icons, etc), my suggestion is to use Warcraft 3 Viewer to compress your blp files at a lower compression rate. A 16kb tga icon can be converted to a 7kb blp(40%-50% or compression rate), yet the difference is slightly noticeable. Its extremely helpful for me since my map requires loads of command buttons.

Use Heavy Locker when your map is complete, it'll reduce your file size.

If you have any custom music in your map, try cutting out some of the "filler" with a mixing program. Custom music takes up a lot of space..
