Adding additional effects into spells?

I was wondering, if put in
Targetart=blah blah blah...
Then another saying
Targetart=blah blah blah...

You'll have 2 different target arts...

Or maybe even
Targetart=blahblahblah,blahblahblah2

CAN you do something like that?
Would make some amount of sense...

This was take from HumanGabilityFunc.txt (vers 1.00):

// example of multiple attachment
[Binf]
Buffart=ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNInnerFire.blp
Targetart=Abilities\Spells\Human\InnerFire\InnerFireTarget.mdl
Targetattachcount=1
Targetattach=overhead
//Targetattach1=hand,left
//Targetattach2=hand,right

As you can see , we can use multiple attachments, but i'm not sure about multiple arts.
