An orcish sketch I drew yesterday, I know I need lots of work so let the criticism begin. :D

its interesting to see an orc with a topknot, as opposed to just a helmet that could be covering who knows what.

and i thought the fangs went downwards? but hey its still pretty cool, muscles are drawn pretty realistically on the sitting figure

The husks go upwards allright...
I think his cheekbones are all to high, and his jaw should be bigger.... :D

Only thing that really stood out to me was his right foot. It should be going the same way as his head, like at a 3/4 view but its in complete profile view. Oh, and his ear seems to go a little too far back.

Right now, he strikes me as "baby-faced", even if he was a human. I suggest you go practice a few quick sketches of generic orc heads while looking at some of Sam's or Metzen's work for reference. The forehead is typically sloped, overjaws are common, and the ears are somewhat larger.
