Incomplete Glue

I got all the way up to here...this is what im stuck on:


i just cant seem to finish the head...
if someone can help finish it to look like this:


...it would be grateful...

i have the file in .3ds

Here, might not be the best but i did it in 10 minutes :P I didn't unwrap it. Also this belongs in the requests forum.
