How can i have a ability with more other data fields?

Lets take for example the orb of frost.

It does +6 bonus damage and has a 'Slow effect'.
Can I add data fields for movement and AR slowing (%)?
And perhaps critical strike %?

- Base it of another skill
- Make buffs ( ? )

To be more specific, I want to add a ability to an item. Ive done it with 2 already: Piercing bullets (critical strike) and Exploding bullets (orb of fire).

I now want Freezing bullets, that adds 10 damage and slows enemy speed by 50% and AR by 25%. I want that freezing ability on my item (freezing bullets).

U said make base of another skill, but no skill has and +damage and move/ar slow.

You can do that with items. Simply keep adding abilities to the list of used abilities. Items are typically teh best way to go if you want to give heroes lots of boosts without clogging up his menu (can only fit 7 or so abilities). The other way to do this is using upgrades since each upgrade can have 4 effects and a unit can use an unlimited number of upgrades..

Uuuhhmmm, I'm using slow (human spell) as second ability, but it is an autocasting spell, and autocasting spells dont work on item abilities.

Is there an other spell around that slows move & ar, or is there a solution that autocasting spells can be used as item ability?

Autocasting abilites CAN work :)

But first i'll tell you that the dryad's poison sting ability can be converted to an item ability. Move speed and attack speed. Exactly what you need.

As for autocasting abilities, what you need to do is look at the orb abilities. You'll notice that orbs have a field called "Data - Effect Abilitiy". What you have to do is to create a new orb ability, link the slow spell to that field. Twiddle with the % chance to hit (meaning the chance that the spell will be cast when the hero with that orb attacks) if you want. You can do this with any spell (Enfo's TS has an item which casts faerie fire).
