Hi I have been serching for the terran marine sound system that it says the terran marine uses - i want to replace the sounds with outher ones

problem 1) how do i compile a group of wavs into a system ( i dont know what they are called ) which which can be selected as a units sound files


2) it says there is a terran marine sound sytem but i cannot find it.
