Is it possible to add a sound to an attack? I want to use a certain attack for some units, but they're just too plain because there's no sound. Is there any way to add sound to it, so it's not so quite when the unit attacks? :( |

Well if the missile animation doesnt have a sound or if it's a melee unit there's a field under Combat to just give the unit's attacks a sound; such as Rock Heavy Bash, Metal Light Slice, Axe Medium Chop, and Wood Heavy Bash. |

JJ912 has the right of it. But if you meant you wanted to attach an imported sound to a unit's attack then im afraid thats very hard to do without editing the .mdl of either the projectile gfx or the unit model itself. |

Actually, that's not entirely true. If you can find the path for one of the Combat - Attack Sounds that you're not planning to use, you can import an internal or external sound using that path, and it should overwrite the old one. Alternatively, I think it's likely that you could create a very small trigger that goes off when a unit attacks, which simply plays a sound on the unit. |

Hm... the trigger thing might work. I'll look into it, thanks. :D |
