I made a cinematic where the hero dies and leaves a permanent corpse, I was wondering if you can take away the part where the soul flies away because it looks kinda stupid. Is that possible? |

I think this can be accomplished by using the Action: Animation - Play (whatever hero's) death animation. This will make the hero fall over and die, but not "float away". Just remember that the hero isn't really dead, but just "acting" like he's dead. |

yes.. but then you could.. unit-make 'hero' invulnerable unit- pause 'hero' would make him practically dead.. |

Alternitevly you could make another unit modelled off the hero (just make it itself not a hero) and replace the hero with it and kill it. |

yeah, that works but then the glow of the hero stays on for a while, im not sure if thats what he wants |

Old Post Why would be keeping the hero glow bad? New Post Just replace it early enough no difference will be detected. |

Or you could just make the hero not decay.... Mumbles about people doing things the hard way |

Really? You sure that stops hero glow and the little soul thing? Me, I doubt it will stop his soul from flying off... |

Or you could replace the hero with a normal unit, like the footman, then change the model of that unit to that hero. Would effectivly remove the dissipate, and would leave a corpse. |
