I'd say that everything needs texture. The shading is there, it's just that there aren't any details to umm, shade. The thighs for example could use some pockets. Dranei is spandex can't be pretty. If you want the legs to be cloth you could at least do folds and creases in the cloth. The shoulder pads need a stronger highlight before it will look like metal. |

Add more detail, make face and weapons more detailed (especailly). |

It needs texture and some shading. Also add details he looks very plain. Runes, scars, armor dents, cloth etc |

It looks good for a basic skin, but it needs a better looking face. Check out the other Dranei for example. The weapons are ok but again they can be more detailed. |

Well i can't believe i missed this. The only thing thats missing is Texture. Try dropping by the Skinniing Techniques thread in the Skinning and Texuring section. Also look on google or yahoo and type in "photoshop Techniques" (yes in parenticies).
