Hey all, been a while since I've been around here and now I'm putting the final touches on my map. I recently played a map called Fall of Rome in the game they changed the actual colors of the players, this was done ALOT in Starcraft if that helps explain what I mean to anyone. Anyway I looked through their map with a MPQ Viewer and I couldn't find what file or setting the changed/used to change colors. |

You mean that, for example: player1 red has a blue colored paladin. Is that what you are talking about??? |

I doubt it, I think he means like in SC where you could have the weird colored units. Like Black, Teal/Purple Speckled (Funky shit), etc. *EDIT* If however, you mean Making Player1 Blue, Player2 Green, etc.. There's a trigger for it. Player - Change color of (Player) to (Color), Changing color of existing units |

What DoCa said is what I am refering to, I know there is a trigger to change colors but still they are only the 12 colors plus black from neutral hostile. I looked through the MPQ and I only found some normal files but I'll post the list here... This is the MPQ list from FallOfRomeRelease2 (attributes) (listfile) LoadingScreen.mdx Textures\Mumakil.blp Units\Creeps\Ninja\Ninja.blp war3map.doo war3map.j war3map.mmp war3map.shd war3map.w3a war3map.w3c war3map.w3e war3map.w3g war3map.w3h war3map.w3i war3map.w3q war3map.w3r war3map.w3s war3map.w3t war3map.w3u war3map.wct war3map.wpm war3map.wpp war3map.wtg war3map.wts war3mapExtra.txt war3mapImported\Mumakil.mdx war3mapImported\Ninja.mdx war3mapImported\PirateCannon.mdx war3mapMap.blp war3mapMisc.txt war3mapPreview.tga war3mapSkin.txt war3mapUnits.doo My guess was it would be the war3mapSkin.txt but inside is just some stuff referencing to UI Changes. |

Or if you just want to make every single paladin on the map some sort of colour go to its stats and change: Art - Team Colour (Match Owning Player) Change it there. But thats only if you want to make every single unit that colour. Otherwise use DoCa-Cola's trigger. Hope that helps. :8 |

I think you replied in the wrong thread. Edit: Either that or you're an idiot and didn't read my post at all... |

Hey that's uncalled for DungeonM. If he said something that was off-topic just ignore him. Now as far as I know you'll have to skin to change the color to anything besides the preset colors. |
