Tower Wars trigger. (Not income)

If anyone have played the game Tower wars, 3 way, made by Zak_, it was one of my fav tds on bnet. But I need to know how to do the trigger that when you spawn a unit, it moves the unit to a regoin and every x sec it'll pick a certain amount of unit out of that regoin and move to other region..if you don't understand..let me expalin it again..

-you spawn units
-move spawned unit to region BLAH
-every x seconds, move x number of units from region BLAH to regoin BLAH2

I want to do this because this trigger could reduce the lag of moving units on the lane..or just no lags at all..if I don't use this trigger..the game will lag and units will lag for some reason..I think this trigger could solve the problem..

EDIT: btw I know how to do the trigger to move the spawned unit to region BLAH, but i dont know what to do after that..
I am guess turn on BLAH2 trigger to and every x seconds move unit from BLAH to BLAH2..but I dont know how to pick a certain number of unit of out a huge group....or I am totaly..wrong..

That was like one of the worst explanations I have ever seen :P
I don't get a thing, those who have played the map or seen it's triggers maybe do though.. ^_^

Try Periodic Event - Every X Seconds

Actions: "Pick every unit in region BLAH and order (Picked Unit) to move to region BLAH 2"

OR: If you want to do it the more traditional way:

Event: A unit enters region BLAH

Conditions: Owner of (Triggering Unit) equal to Player #

Actions: Order (Triggering unit) to move to BLAH 2

I know how to do that but I need to know how to pic x units at a time instead of ALL units at a time.....for example..if this guy summoned 50..I want every 3 sec..pick 10 units..and move those 10 to blah2 ...insetad of all 50 units..get it now?

Unitgroup - Pick every unit in (Random 10 units from (Units in (Blah))) and do (Unit - Order Picked Unit to Move to (Center of (Blah2)))
