As in 3dsmax and a mdx importer

or would Animation transfer work. Ive never used animation transfer.

Duh no. Just throw in a few bones and set up the rest nicely then just do the skinning in MDL. Since the cape is small so it's easy to skin in MDL.
Then CnP those anims from the priest duh...

Is it possible to transfer anims to only a part of the bones of a model ?
