Change Quest menu's title

In map's like Life of a peasant the "quest" menu where Menu,allies and that I have seen it be changed to something else. Like in LOAP it have been changed to "Info" how can i do this?

I think you need to reskin the thing.

its a trigger, its actually more like a "list" thing,
i dunno the exact trigger, i've never actually explored it myself
