Making a First Persion camera

Does anyone know how to make a camera look like your unit is in first person mode but where you can still change it to the above view during the game.

I know a guy, Quetz, who accomplished this. PM him or something, he'll probably tell you. Switching cams would be as easy as checking for an entered chatstring and then merely appling another cam (an overhead one in this ex).
