Question

Hello, I don't post here often. But I want to start skinning and I was wondering how you can make toolbar icons. Or, making images into *.blp files.

Also, if there are any programs that can help me, please post a link to it.

well, what you're thinking of is the game layout
get wc3imageextractor from the dl section
get wc3viewer to change to *.blp's
