Need a free program that I can make skins with.

Does anyone know where I can get a good skinning program like photoshop or paintshop that is free?

WinGimp is pretty similar to Photoshop.

Thanks, all the free ones I download are crappy.

the only way ur going to accomplish this, is by dloading a illegal copy of Pshop or sumthing and Wc3c does not promote this.
