Ominous Horizons is in need of a good iconner to provide quality icons that mimic the style of the Warcraft III icons. Anyone who makes us icons will get credited, of course. Right now, the icons we need are for the Plainstrider hero. (Picture attached) Icons needed: The Plainstrider unit itself (Self explanatory) Normal and disabled version needed. Dust Devil - Need a dusty tornado icon. Normal, disabled, and passive version needed. Plains Running - Perhaps a picture of a tauren that looks like a swirl of sand running? I don't know. Any suggestions here would be great. (Ability turns nearby allied units invisible and increases their speed temporarily) Normal and disabled version needed. Draw Bow - A picture of a bow, see attached pic for reference. Normal and disabled version needed. Wield Javelin - A picture of a javelin, see attached pic for reference. Normal and disabled version needed. Earthen Arrows - An arrow, surrounded in a cloud of dust or orangey/brownish energy. Autocast, normal, and disabled version needed. Place Javelin (can't remember actual spell name right now) - A javelin sticking in the ground with orangish energy emanating from it. (Think ward) Normal and disabled version needed. Mesa Hunter - A picture of an earthen arrow and a javelin next to each other? Anyway, some combination of the previous two. Normal and disabled version needed. Dune Stomp - A picture of a giant cylinder of sand. Normal and disabled version needed. Thanks in advance to anyone who will give these a shot. (Make us a few and we might let you help us test now and then, if you want) |

Yes, that's very nice, thank you. If I might be so bold as to beg and choose, could you make it a little bit brighter? Nice icon, though. Thanks. |

My friend Bhav is sitting here next to me, and can be quoted as saying: "I like that one. That's freakin' cool..." Agreed, very nice. If you could send that BLP to [email protected], I'd be much obliged. |

Wow. You're very good at this iconning stuff. I hear you've done all of the icons for the plainstrider. You have, therefore, done the most icon work as anyone on the team, and are entitled to our occasional tests if you want them (And promise not to distribute). Again, very good. I like the plainstrider icon. That's very warcrafty. |
