Here my Paths in the import manager, is there any problem? I can't see the model, I see a green cubic thing. Sometime I saw the model in the World Editor, but in game I only see the bunny's shadow :( Could you help me? |

yup, you can't just delete the path for the skin, you must check the path in wc3search and then put the skin there, then change the path to the one you have your skin in (NOT with C:/Program Files, etc.) usually Textures/"yourskinname" so... |

thx for the answer, but in wc3search there is no paths http://www.wc3sear.ch/?p=Models&ID=301 only the file itself. |

I believe the models also have to have no path. |

As you can see in my first post, I imported it without any paths, and it's still wrong :| |

ok, look... put the model in, for example Units/EasterBunny.mdx then, change the path when you have imported the model to Units/EasterBunny.mdx ! and the skin... try Textures/EasterBunny.blp ... that is the most usual path... |

Hummm, very strange, can you try yourself on a new map to import the files and try to make it works? The WE says " couldn't load easterbunny.mdl " with any paths. (also with none path, like easterbunny.blp alone) |

if you downloaded the map off of blizzard, i don't think blizzard allows the bunny to be used in other campaigns. however, if you downloaded it off of wc3search, there should be a pathing map included |

You mean there may is a protection? I don't think so, wc3search exported it, As you can see, many downloaded it SO I think it can works. |

Models don't need a path, they're just models. Only the skins need a path, since they are directed to the model to 'cover' it. And here are all the skins: Textures 3 { Bitmap { Image "EasterBunny.blp", } Bitmap { Image "gutz.blp", } Bitmap { Image "TeamGlow00.blp", ReplaceableId 2, } } So the path is EasterBunny.blp. I've seen this gutz.blp before, but forgot where. EDIT: Oh... I wasted 1 hour waiting for the wc3sear to load, then waiting another for it to even OPEN the file so I could extract it... -_-;; |
