Blizzard-like model request

I will be extremely grateful if anyone decide to do this... I need male ranger model, preferably with elven priest's head without particles on eyes and hero glow under feet andon bow's balls, like dark ranger has. Also i would prefer if it didn't use any of in-game skins. See concept art >>HERE<<
