I have been browsing these forums a long time and have thought to myself, " I want to show these kewl dudes my art!" But alas, my scanner printer thing is being very stupid. My brother attributes this to the fact that its a Lexmark. Anyway I got seriously bored and whipped up some images in paint freehanded for some practice. I don't have any Art training whatsoever exept self-taughtness. I hope you enjoy. You guys will be the first to know when I get my scanner and dump a heaping pile of pictures onto you all. I wish I had Photoshop... ah well. My fav artists from this forum: Ewrt & Jacinthe. |

We are happy to have you here Xzarol. I AM THE SUPREME CHEESE!!! So funny too... I'd say most of us are self taught. And as for photoshop... there are ways... but that is not germane for forum discussion. I don't think there is a problem with lexmark... I personally have never used one though. Many thanks for your quick response to my post. The problem with my scanner is basically it eats the paper. It wont let go of it and it wont scan it, but kind of devours it, making me rush to its aid before it is swallowed up whole. It is very devious. Anyway, im also into mapmaking and story writing. I can't wait for Erwt's Coastal Conflict to come out. Very neat story line and all. If anyone else has a lexmark I would appreciate tips on how to tame the thing, or maybe just the best way to pawn it off to somone else :8 Edit: Many congradulations on your moderator status icbm. Looks as if your constant vigiliance and cunning have swiped you the job. |

I would say walcome, but youve been here for a year so it woudnt make much sense ;) Anyway, its always good to see new people, hope you'll stay here at least for another year :D Ive got Lexmark printer, so far i havent got any problems with it, maybe your scanner is one of these user-friendly devices? This blach supreme cheese reminds me of Corsica's symbol... lol. |

Hmmmm... I would say that you need to pre-sketch the basic shape of what you are going to draw... the tops of their heads seem to be cut off. And work on the noses and eyes... all the guys that you draw who are smiling are really creepy... icbm1987 |
