Problem with sound editing (I REALLY need help with this one)

Anyways, I recently downloaded the Goblin Alchemist model along with its own sounds. The voice acting was just too good to leave out, but i didnt want to replace an existing sound set. So, I decided to do a little .slk editing to see if i can get anything out of it.

First, I edited the UnitAckSounds.slk by copying an already existing group of unit sound files (I chose the paladin for this one, since they have the same number for each kind of sound). I replaced everything with the Paladin's name with HeroAlchemist and did the same thing for the sounds and paths of sounds.

Next, I imported the sounds and the .slk into a map and changed them all to their correct paths. I then took a unit (in this case a Mountain King) and went down to the Sound Set section in the Object Editor. The HeroAlchemist selection was on the list! It was in the sound editor as well, and not just in the imported spot. At this point I was getting excited because adding voice sets was something I really wanted to know how to do. However, when i tested the map, the sounds didnt work at all! Even with the sound set on the Mountain King AND being able to hear them in the editor. Is there something I'm missing in sound implementation? I would really appreciate any help you guys can give me. Thanks in advance. ^_^
