How to get Blizzard.j and common.j?

I keep reading that these two files can be found in the war3patch.mpq.. but when I open it with winmpq, I get a huge list of unknowns. How can I get a hold of these files, otherwise? I opened all the other .mpqs and didnt find them.

Get LAdik's Mpq and use the list file from war3x.mpq when opening war3patch.mpq
