Utility to make neat headers

This is a little utility to make neat comment headers easily...ie

//==========Sub comment=========//

Doesn't really show right in the forum though.

Produces headers with the text in the centre.

The length of the line is definable, as is the white space on either side.

The resulting header is automatically copied to the clipboard so all you have to do is paste it in.

Is useful for sectioning off code
