Guest | I have a map with 45 variables but I need to start over with the terrain layout. Since I can't copy the variables to a new clean map, I can only make a copy of my old map, but, of course, I'm still stuck with the old terrain. How can I delete ALL TERRAIN at once? I'm able to select it all, but Delete and Cut aren't available options at that point. |

Create a new map, use ctrl-a to select all of the terrain, and copy it. Then go back into your map, and paste over your old terrain. |

Guest | Now why didn't I think of that!? (No brain, no pain!) An excellent and simple solution. It took about 90 seconds on my 192x192 map for the paste to finish, but it worked like a charm! Thanks again!! |

Guest | Uhh...did anybody think of this? Tools->Advanced->Reset Height Field Care. |
