Just to give u a bit of insight on our mod. Here is one of the shabby buildings

Um... nice use of photoshop effects.

The roof looks really weird. The whole skin doesnt flow that well. THe areas which have textures look nice just do the whole skin like that so they blend.

turn the water brown!!

Um mad filters what can i say.

Nothing really catches my eye. Try putting lots of rust or damage to the roof to help draw some attention, seeing as the roof is the largest part of the model.
