Strange problem. Can't skin :(

I have this really strange problem.I open wc3 image extractor, then i choose a skin. (I chose Arthas) I start skinning it. (Im using psp 8 ) When im done skinning and go back to wc3 image extractor and load my skin, it gives me this damn error: "The file C: \Warcraft III\Wc3_image_extractor_II\Arthas.tga has unsupported compression". Somebody please help me! :(

When you save a tga in photoshop. Make sure compressed is unchecked and its at and 32 bit/pixels. Like picture.

Err.. i meant paint shop pro 8. not photoshop :\

Paint shop pro 8 had a problem with tga's Im not sure what ucan do about it as i am a Photoshop kid, but check the site there should be a plugin.

I got the gimp! It's totally free and it's totally excellent!

google "The gimp" and it'll come up

Same as egg said...I used to skin in jasc but I always had to open the file in photoshop and convert it... I suggest you get photoshop from somewhere or the demo off of their site (google for it). There other ways to get photoshop of course...
