new cursors

does anyone know how i can make new cursors for my mod, and maybe even a new interface border?

i would appreciate any help...

Do you know how to skin? If you do just look under UI in wc3ie and find the necessary files, modify them, and put them in your map/exe (if your doing a tc or something).

not necesarily a tc, just a new playable race...yes i skin. so thats it? just skin the cursor? ill give it a try...
