HOw do i make my hero pass lvl 10..?

i am makin a map with crazy 100 skills.. and i wanna know how i can make my hero lvl pass 10... and if there is like a program or a quicker way to create skills that r like 50 lvled... thnx n advance...

There is no such program that I know of. If you want your heroes to be eble to pass level 10 set the max hero level in "Advanced => Constants" to the max level you want (and please do a search before asking, it has already been answered a hundred times at least).

In World Edit, there is a menu called "Advanced", I think after the Scenario menu. In this menu you'll find "constants" (or something like that). Click on it and search the field "max hero level', then set the value in this field to the max level you want your heroes to be able to reach instead of 10.
If it's still not clear, do a search for "hero max level" or "change max hero level" for instance.
