Ok me and my dad are going to make a ctf map that we started like 2 years ago the terrain is really good triggers all work but there are some stuff we need to have answerd. Would you play this Ctf Map? Ok, first there are going to be about 5 groups of heros all custom skills. Runners, Defensive, Offensive Support, Defensive Support, and the good old Offensive Tanks. About 5-10 heros in each group alot of heros no? Second we are thinkin of making a part where a person can run the base that the flag is in like 5 gold mines. Builds towers to defense and shops for others to use. The shop buyin is the big thing we dont know if people will like it, we think it would make it really hard them having no hero and having to buy creeps. if no one takes that job then the heros must buy them. another thing of town runner is taht you can summon creeps that go to attack the base or spys to look at the others base. a great idea in our mind but this is somthing that needs to be answerd. Third, the terrain so far we have duengeon, a graveyard, a forest, and the castle/towns themself. all of which will have hard creeps in them. But the trick is no townportals or shops outside of the towns or castle and creeps come back fast. another thing is teleporters from your base to other places this would help the movement like you go from your base to the forest without going though mazes. but we dont know how to make teleporters 1 side only :(. Hero levels go up to 150 with spells goin up the same. but no tomes to unbalance the game. So your skills and your character skills no gay 100000 agility 60 strength and 20 int. No gay teleport skills either to unbalnce the game. and the free-lancers who have no team which is an option that can go around and help the team that pays the most or gives what they want but only 1 free-lancer to a team which means 1 from each team can go around. With auto balance as if one team has lvl 50 heros and team two has lvl 30 the teams will be mixed up randomly. This is all i have got on the top of my head. Edit: I also would like to add that i would like any ideas on custom spells, heros. also i would like some help on custom spells on how to make them, it's been a long time since i did maps :/. |

With that many unique heros, it will take you only slightly less than forever to make abilities. And with 150 level abilities it will take your map an unheard-of long time to load. I'm a little leery about assigning different jobs to different players, since a person who's playing the map may be trying to play it to be a hero, but if he gets stuck on base defense (where there's no glory to be had) he may just drop the game. Otherwise, it looks like a relatively intact idea. You'll have to make a thread in the Maps in Development subforum and post some more detailed information, along with screenshots, in order to really show what the map's like. |

Terrain is 100% compelete Heros about 60% hero abilitys about 20% triggers about 10% and at the begining there will bee a option for duels as 1v1 2v2 3v3 4v4 or 5v5 if both teams do not have enough players for the duel 1 random person from other team will be taken out of duel. as for jobs they are volutary but the best would be to have a town worker. options so far TownRunner, Hero. need a bit more. and each hero will have a town job to help them kinda like WoW rpg. ^^ |
