ooh, i like the portrait, however, it could be the fact that this was a speed painting that the body is really blurred :) |

Cool... no pun intended... But where's the hump? I think I've seen a big blue dog somewhere in my childhood... where was it... hmmm... some children's cartoon... Gnoll's are based of Dogs/hyena's... right? icbm1987 |

very creative man...(esp cause i love gnolls) + portrait looks good...i like the expression - body needs work...needs the hump, the "slouch" or "hunch" of a gnoll, and needs a huge upper body but thinner abs than what you have i hope i wasnt too harsh...just sayin my opinion...best of luck finishing it... flames' |

You should join the artist battle thread if you can draw something that good in a "speed"y amount of time. |

eh... no... The battle isn't worth the effort for someone who is actually doing real work. and the battle is too confusing. icbm1987 |

My thoughts exactly icbm1987. For those that say it needs work, of course it does, but its a speedpainting, I hope you understand what the term means. Its one off and wont be modified, its for fun... For the hump, frost gnolls dont have any, they stand up more upright than regular gnolls as they are based on huskeys of the north not hyenas of the south. |

Real nice colors as always... still that blurry feel but its a speed painting so its wicked ^^ The portrait is good but the body view makes him look likea teddy bear. not muscular enough and like the others said, gnolls have back problems ^^ |

I think Jester took the initiative to make the variation before Blizz made one. so many breeds of dog... so many breeds of gnoll. Irish Wolfhound gnolls? icbm1987 |

Yeah its from my imagination. I think theyre also kind of overweight. You guys seem to like the idea. I may make this into something more formal in the future with another attempt but I will have to do some research before hand. Stay tuned. |

Yeah... I think we like blue things... Ogre Magi... Trolls... Spirit walkers, kinda... Fishes... Water... Elementals... Ice... stuff like that. We'll stay tuned all right. icbm1987 |

looks like a cross between a gnoll and an ogre magi |

i like the idea of how you got it off from a husky. i think not chubby but rather big cuz it may have a thick coat of fur on it. another thing. good job. |

the head looks verry cool... you should make it into a 'real' version, so far i've seen some speed paintings, but i dont recall ever seing a 'complete' artwork... i'm curiouse, becouse seeing your speedpaintings i came to believe that it'll be quite good... |
