What type of information?

Like what mod? How far is it done? Etc.

If it isn't around 90% done, actors like me won't touch it.

Ok first i just want to say its not at 90% its very very very lower like hmm 12%

4% for units choosing
6% for voices
2% for model
if you calculate 4+6+2=12 ^_^

So for the info... There will be a multiplayer games and a solo.Solo will be really big and the multiplayer will all be same but its will be like The normal warcraft with all new units.
There will be in all 12 races and 6 campaigns.
The name of the mod is:The New Kingdom Of Razel'Thad

You should only ask for voice actors if the project is about 90% or more finished. Many people won't join up if it wasn't near finished.
The reason is pretty logical actually... most projects stop halfway. I've seen more projects stopping then finishing, and I've been here for some time already ;)

and we geordies often create good Dwarfen accients


Do you know a good program for voice editing a bit like how blizzard got some of there voice affects i.e Lich
