My Second Skin - Blood Mage

Hey, this is my second skin i made (yes i know it is 2 skins in 1 day but whatever). anyways, tell me what you think.

and i dont know how to remove that black space around the back of his cape thing. anyways how can i improve this and tell me its good points. thanks

its kinda bland to me looks like you just made armor gray. but heres some advice dodge and burn for some lighting effecs making it more metalic or if its just cloth make it more kinda rough like cloth. also to make it stand out more make some marks on his face or especially on the back of his cloak it will kinda stick put a lil more if people see something different then the same thing. well thats my suggestions hope this helps :D :D
