This is now the third time ive reinstalled Warcraft3 and i still cant get th WE to work properly. it dosnt open most of my old maps. at ifrst i thought it was that it couldnt open Ww3x files. but i now know it can open some. Evrytime i try to open one of these maps i get the message; This application has encountered a critical error Not enough storage space is available top process this command Program: c: \program files\warcraft iii\worldedit.exe Object: CustomObjectField (.?AUCustomObjectField@@) Press OK to terminate the application. Doseanyone know what this means?i dont know what storage is. if its ram, im fairly sure ive got enough. ive never encountered this problem before. If it prossessor speed im running on a 2.4 GHz, so i doubt thats it At first i thought it was any map with custom doodads. howver it just appears to be most maps. but i can open all the maps ive extracted from the TFT campaigns, which have custom doodads and units in. |

- I hope you first uninstalled the WHOLE game correctly. - Then install, patch. (maybe try rebooting computer) - Open WE. |

I had a similar problem a couple of months ago, but mine was caused by the MS blaster virus. It affected the whole computer though, not just the WE. I would suggest contacting blizzard technical support, but unfortunatly they don't support the editor. You already know that though, which is why you are asking in this forum. Is it just the editor thats playing up? |

If that isn't the problem, than i'm afraid i cant help. I don't understand the inner workings of a computer that much, but i'm sure someone on this sight does. Sorry mate. :( |

go to battle.net on the start menu in the game and it should give you an automatic update ;) |
