Battlerager - First skin

This is my first skin.
I based it off the Felguard and made him Orcish. Gave him armor plates on his legs and shoulders. A chainmail on his chest and as for the face or skin, its just a simple recolor.
I'm kinda proud of the armor plates. Although the chainmail kinda sucks. If anyone has a good tut for making chainmail, then would you mind giving a link?

those legs are very detailed, good! but, as you said, the chainmail is bad... you should burn around the edges (near the arms/legs/head, etc.), burn on the sides, and dodge on the middle

Make the chain mail circles smaller around the chest to show more detail. Also, try to do something with the big armor arm thing.

Is it possible to skin over team color? Because thats what the entire big arm armor thing is made of.

yes you can remove the team color if you want - in photoshop - go to alpha channels and make it white - but leave it in areas where it is there at some places cuz it is for transparency - also if you want to recolor the team color - like put something else - just color it and remove teamcolor - alpha channel

chains, chains are always a problem. here use this. I dont suggest making them by hand unless u want to go crazy.

CnP it on your skin, burn and doge here and there, add 35 to the first color levels in the Color Balance section.
pump up the contrast to give it a better shine in the Brightness/contrast section.

Need me to be more specific? ask and i'll help u out.

Thanks, but for the chains, I'd rather learn how to do them instead of just dumbly CnPing all the time. I'm looking for some tuts around.
For the skin, I've changed the one arm with the team color. And I've been trying to make the chest better. Although I'm not sure I'll keep the chainmail.

Good choice Athelas, all cnp chain mails look like crap anyway.
