New skin - Needs criticism

hey just made a new skin for a map im working on. what do you think of this?

Try making the face more original. You need to dodge (add white parts to) the face and chest and the tail could use some too even though its pretty well done for the moment. The chest is blurry as you may have noticed. Try adding black lines around the symbol and make it more red (adding black lines make it look more cartoony, try it on some other places too). You could probably do the shading of the purple part of the chest by making it look like there are breasts underneath ( inspire yourself by Jaine maybe ). The border between the clothing on the chest and the neck could be gold or orange too and not the dull brown.

I am not too sure who shiva is but if that is what you see in it. Anyways, I upgraded it a bit. Tell me what you think now
