Dwarf Miner (NOT a skinned peasant)

Hey guys! this is my new dwarf miner skin! just telling first that the model is by TUFY! (i found it in www.wc3sear.ch, oh, i mean, the old download site)
the uploaded pic (Below the first, and the one with horns) is tufys skin. i think it is to boring, cuz it's just a peasant and a mountainking skin combined to one... so i've reskin it with 100% freehand.

is it a red x?? then it's my sucky server :< well, i can try to upload it again...

Rename the filename so you can change its extension. From .jpg to .txt, then upload again. Just use the [img] tags, it will work as like normal jpg.

EDIT: can't you see the pic?? i can see it with no problem! also, when click on the upload button after browsed to the pic, it says "the page can not be viewed" or what it is on english IE 6.0 ... (swe, sidan kan inte visas) :(

The skin goes with wc3 style perfectly, but I think the receding hairline is a bit much. Also, does he have a single horn on the back? And consider changing his pants and sleeves from maroon to more of a brownish black or something of the sort.

Thx alot for tips :D i couldn't find the horn on the uv, so... he got one on his back head... :< hmm.... change the pants... hope not the detail will disappeir then...

Update!! and there will be another update soon, cuz blizz will edit the eyes, cuz he's better on that than me... but he'll post that himself :>

For the beard, try editing it to be shorter and a different colour making it more unique. The body itself still very much reminds me of the elves.

Ummmmm...You do know that the back of his head is extremely flat, right?

Other than that on the model (which I understand you did not model), the skin looks quite nice, though you could add some more detail to his body like change the belt to a nice wide belt with a huge belt buckle like all the dwarves have. :>

As far as skinning goes, this is just an insanely easy recolour, the only reason this looks different is because it has the mountain king head on it, which has nothing to do with you're skinning.

right click on the red x go to propertys and copy the address. Then u can just go straight to the image. Looks really nice, did u look at Gars tut on cloth. Because it lloks really good. That hairline has to change. and maybey give hima a dff color beard make it red. Then work on his mid section the classic belt is wack do something new.

thanx egg, yes, i looked on gars tut... and GoonGoon16, you don't know a sh** if i had recolor this or not, i can say that this skin has taken me over 3 hours to do, and i DON'T think a recolor takes that time! the skin is NOT like the original, check the first post before you start complain! it is a pic on the original there... anyway, yeah, i know that the face is flat, but i can't do something to that, cuz i can't model... Jester, i have allready alphaed most of the beard, and i will change the color... but it's a lil difficult to make it unique, but... i'll try
