I want to have an autocast ability that casts purge, deals extra damage, and deal double damage to mech units when active. I have edited black arrow to do the extra damage and give the autocast. Using triggers I have it so that when you activate it you get modified versions of the demolish skill and Melee Lightning Damage Bonus skill(found under items). The skill works but, the problem I am having is that when you use it you have 2 extra visible icons on the hero. Is there another way to do this without having those icons appear, or is there a way i can combine them into only one if getting rid of them is not possible? |

Essentially, the problem is this: if a spell that causes a buff by default is modified to have no buffs, it will use its defautl buff regardless of what you want it to do. This bug is virtually unfixable, you can only hope to work aroudn it. Pretty much, when you're creating spells that are made of multiple spells, such as with Lord Vexorian's system, you can only have one spell involved that creates a buff by default. That spell MUST be the one to apply your custom buff. If you are working with more than one buff-causing spells, you are doomed to have more than one buff on the unit. No way around this. It looks like the problem is that you are using both purge and black arrow in your spell, which both have buffs on them. My suggestion is to replace black arrow with the priestess's flaming arrow and do everything else exactly the same, except make Purge use your custom buff. The priestess flaming arrow is autocast, like black arrow, but has no buff that it applies. Hope this helps! |

You missunderstood what I ment. The extra icons are on the heros command card. They are filling the 2 remaining slots which I need to save for some of the items you can get in my maps. |

Ah. Very odd indeed. What are you doing to mix these abilities? You SHOULD be using Lord Vexorian's caster system. *grins* |

Slunk is weird, seems like he can't read^^ To your question: I asked for that many times and never found a way to make an icon invisible, I found a way with that the icon doesn't show but when you go over the place where the ability shall be you still see the little box so... But if you find a way plz say it here, I need it, too!!! |
