for a map i am currently making, it disregards food... but instead uses it as popularity... heres an explanation. there are 2 major sides in the map... GOOD and EVIL.. you need at least 55 popularity to be allied with good... you start with 55, and you popularity raises by every "neutral hostile" or "evil" own character... now if it goes below 55 good will unally you... you will be left as a wonderer, hated by good, but not bad enough for evil. one your popularity hit 25 (i think.. i will have to check back with u) you will become allied with EVIL... to make your popularity go down you must slaughter "neutral passive" and "good" characters. this is supported by very simple triggers... it originally had a problem where there was no restriction on the food limit... so you popularity could be over 100 or -99999 (it did happen)... but that was fixed easily... heres a link to the screen shot... |

actually its not that hard... in a map i am making (though prosponed for the time being) it sacrifices the use of food - whats the point of it? its just useless restrictions, the workers etc can get there own food... and uses that food... then it uses a trigger. when player owned by -=bad ppl - neutral hostile =- if - food more or equal to 2 then - take one food from current food else - do nothing and do like wise for the good guys but oppisite... and then u make events or conditions based on food... what i have at the moment work |

Hmm.. True. Are you planning to create Leaderboard for reputation to show or some other way? Or are you gonna just let it be where the food is (was)? Anyway, a little more depth for adventures. |

yeh a letter board or a multiboard does sound good, but this system i find is more "streamline" with the UI, like it fits in |
