how to edit model? (3ds max 4)

can someone give me link for tutorial how to edit warcraft models? im using 3d studio max 4, or if some1 can, post here about model editing

3D Studio Max 4
MDX Importer/Exporter
W3Wiever

ok, i know how to edit models now :P

but i have problems with animations, i edited tauren model, i know that i must copy something from org model to get anim but i dont know what. can some one help me?
