Help with picture in signitures please

I was wondering how you people fit a picture in there thats larger than 200x200 pixels :(

but now, how do i change the words under my name from "Registered User" to sumthin elss? lol maybe im just dumb buuutttttttttt.................. o_O

The option to change your title has been disabled, but I will turn that back on soon.
