It wouldn't be dancing for sure.
A game where you hit a button at the right time eh?...I doubt it's possible because game speed varies on different computers. For example, my computer (3.1 ghz 1gb ram geforce fx 5200 blah blah) could probably do it, but others that have like 1.5 ghz or something couldn't play it the same.
....Nope.

im sorry but you guys are wrong. there is a way to make ddr on computers (to code your own step file). not for wc3 though.

the way is dwi file creation. it is quite simple. just get xstep and the dwi emulator. for warcraft 3 it is impossible. i created a dwi file for the starting theme of last exile (cloud age symphony). i will try to find xstep for you. or if you are good at figuring out codes then get dwi and open the dwi files with notepad and see what they offer.

xstep: here is the link.
dwi: here.

EDIT: hmm... my advice probably doesn't belong in this forum, but it'll help you so hopefully you can use these links i gave u to cool your ambitions. if you just wanted a wc3 innovation, then ignore this. however, if the want to code a computer ddr song is your ambition, then you can use these.
