How to put SFX on doodads

In a lot of screenies ive seen there are projectile art special effects.

I was wondering how you put the projectile art on the doodads.

(I still learning how to do things in the map editor so please be thurogh when you explain ro else i might not get it) ^_^

in the object editor change the model file bit, and look under the section, units missiles

I know how to change the model to a projectile art.

What i was asking was how to put the projectile art on a doodad like in the Goblin city.

The totem lanterns have the Far Seer projectile art on top of them.

I was wondering how to do this.

Well create a new doodad with the special effect model you want and just stack it on top of the doodad. You might wanna change the pathing to none for this.
