One sunday morning, under the influence of heavy (and no doubtly self-inflicted) hungover I started my comp and began designing. I was listening one of those early 90's norwegian "bands" and came up with the idea of island. From every corner swarmed peasants who tried to build up a Church (minor modification of town hall) on the center of the island. There was orc chieftain Count Grishnackh with some trolls who were supposed to prevent the churches being built. Not propably the most original in the history of not-too-good-ideas, but there were few inside jokes including the chieftains name. Map was named Burzum: Burn the Church (A Tribute to Varg Vikernes) which pointed to the fact that guy has been sittin' in jail for few years now (for murder and some church burning) and it seems he's getting more penalty each month. Well, that's all for the neighbour irony. Take care, fellas... :D |
