That's a rather nice skin indeed, I especially like the cresent blades, with the nice little scarab emblem, and the trousers look good too, great work! Perhaps some egyption hieroglyphics on some of teh cloth would help, but it amazing as it is! |

Ur best by far. The raps are toooo bright tho. I mean they look yellow like someone pissed on him. Try using the sponge tool to dull down the color and burn with different brushes like the splatter ones. Itll make it look old. |

Very nice skin the blades are awesome. I think the others are right, add hieroglyphs and so on. And I think the mummy is too green, I'd think the bands would rather be grey. |

i was actually planning on maybe redoing the bandages, i mean, i did em on a diffrent layer then the rest so i can redo it without damaging anything... i was going to get some cloth texture and lay it over the bandages... maybe that'll help a bit in making it look better. it's definetly nopt going to be grey though, i like some color in me skin... so the sponge is for dulling? hmm... i had no idea... lol, thnx egg... i need to learn how to work all those skinning tools, not used to them... in drawing and coloring i just use layers with multiply, works like a charm... meh, we'll see, i might revisit this skin wehn i get better... i've worked on him for more then six hours now (the wrapping is such a bitch...) so i'm kinda tired of it... i'll try the sponge and textured burn thingies, but after that imma make a new skin... probubly either a study for one of the groves races or a char for CC. |

"i was going to get some cloth texture and lay it over the bandages... maybe that'll help a bit in making it look better." ya great. Also select the burn tool bring down the stength and pick a small 2pt or 3 pt brush and just do strokes. Looks like the thingz have neen scratched LAYERS ARE UR FRIEND. THE MORE THE BETTER. I do everything on diff layers. Hair layer, chest layer, Glowing lines layer Etc. well if u select the sponge tool and change the seting on the bar to saturate then it makes thing brighter. Im gunna do an ivory orc as an example soon then give it to that gurl to do th concept art. |

Interesting choice of colours. Its nicely detailed, and some good work on the blade, but the colours clash quite badly and are extremely bright o_O |

Like everyone said, it's overly dodged and overly burned. It's also fairly obvious you tried to freehand the scarab on his blades.. it looks pretty ugly. The face needs to be redone, it just looks thrown on there like you ran out of ideas. Yeah.. personally I'd just move on to my next skin; I have a hard time redoing my skins once I see how much they suck. |
