Hi, I'm fairly new at Modeling, I know a good amount of the 3ds max functions and I've made a ninja model. The model has a skeleton that I set up using the Tutorial 37: Introduction to Character Rigging, from the 3ds max 6 tutorials book. The problem is I have 3ds max 6 there for as you already know I cannot use the Blizzard Art Tools. I'm wondering if anyone is willing to help me with animation and converting it to be comparable with Warcraft 3. I am a skilled skinner so all i would need is a file extension and a proper set up and i will skin it. Below is a list of animations and my general idea of what I would like them to look like. I thank you for at least reading my plea for help. Stand – with the right foot forward, the left foot back a little, the right arm forward ready to attack and the left arm back a little, I would like his stand to make him look like he's ready to pounce. Attack – he is not equipped with a weapon, I did this on purpose so he could easily be equipped with any weapon. The animation should look like a swinging movement using the right hand in a diagonal slant down from the upper right as though he had a sword. Death – I'm not to picky on how he dies, a simple fall will do. Spell – I would like him to hold his hand (equipped with a sword) up in the air. Walk – since he is a ninja, his walk should be as stealthy as possible. I would like his walk to resemble the Demon Hunter's. This is all I request 5 simple animations, any more would be well appreciated but 5 is all I'm asking for. Here is a picture of the ninja I have made(below). I left him in a simple stance for easy editing purposes. As you have noticed I have not attached the ninja, first I would like to know if you are willing to help me. O, I almost forgot you will be properly credited for any help you give. ![]() |
